Right after graduating as an IT technician in 1998, I returned to my school as a teacher. That experience taught me how important it is to transmit knowledge and accompany people in their growth path.
I studied Agile methods in depth, with a specific focus on eXtreme Programming (XP). This method fascinated me because of its attention to technical practices and code quality.
I evolved my career toward Technical Coaching, supporting teams in building quality software through practices such as XP, Scrum and Kanban. My goal has always been to help people improve their technical and organizational skills.
As a Technical Coach, I play complementary roles: coach, trainer, mentor, consultant and facilitator. My method starts with active listening, moves through guided experimentation and reaches measurable results.
The greatest satisfaction comes from seeing teams gain autonomy and confidence in their technical skills. Every coaching engagement is an opportunity for mutual growth.
