Profile of Giovanni Puliti: more than 20 years of IT experience, co-founder of MokaByte, Enterprise Agile Coach specialized in organizational transformations.
In 1996 I co-founded MokaByte, the first Italian web magazine dedicated to Java. It was a pioneering experience that allowed me to be at the front line of IT evolution in Italy, when Java was still a revolutionary novelty.
After years of consulting on Java EE technologies, I discovered the transformative power of Lean/Agile methods. This transition changed not only my career, but also my approach to work and collaboration with teams.
Today I support companies and organizations in Agile adoption and transformation. It is not just about implementing new processes, but about guiding deep cultural change involving people, teams and entire organizational structures.
My professional philosophy is based on customer-oriented problem solving, continuous learning and a balance between critique and constructive action. I always identify the client's real problems first, then look for the most effective solutions.
Technology is my professional passion, but country life gives me balance and perspective. I keep bees, produce honey, grow olives and produce extra-virgin olive oil: activities that remind me of natural cycles and patience, both essential in coaching.
