Stefano Marello: Agile Coach with more than 10 years of software development experience. Specialized in autonomous teams and personal growth.
In 2015, at 26, I started a personal transformation journey that changed my professional and personal life: physical shape, autonomy, confidence and the ability to face gradual but constant change.
I started my career as a software developer, building more than 10 years of practical experience in application development. This solid technical foundation helps me deeply understand the challenges faced by development teams.
The combination of technical experience and coaching skills naturally led me toward Agile Coaching, where I can combine my passion for technology with the desire to help people grow.
I deeply believe in the ability of teams to self-organize when they have the right tools, trust and support. My work starts from observation, respect and kindness, then supports teams in experimenting with sustainable practices.
Outside work I cultivate passions that keep me creative and energized: music, outdoor activities, technology and gaming. Music teaches me the value of teamwork and synchronization.
