From Commodore 64 to eXtreme Programming
My passion for technology started early: I was only 7 when I first encountered programming on a Commodore 64. In 2003 I discovered eXtreme Programming, a turning point that sparked my passion for Agile methods and teamwork.
2007: The Start of an Agile Career
Since 2007 I have worked as an Agile professional, initially focusing on IT teams and later expanding to other sectors. Every experience taught me that Agile principles are universal and can be applied in many organizational contexts.
2014: The Birth of Agile Reloaded
I co-founded Agile Reloaded with the mission of supporting Italian organizations in their Agile transformations. Since then I have helped many companies evolve, always with a practical approach respectful of existing cultures.
Skills & Specializations
- Multi-sector team coaching
- Organizational Agile transformations
- eXtreme Programming (XP)
- Empirical coaching based on observation
- Cultural change management
Guiding Principles
My coaching approach is based on three core values: empiricism, trust in people and respect for organizational cultures.
A Fundamental Lesson
Early in my career I learned a crucial lesson while working with an agricultural company. The project did not meet their real needs because I had not spent enough time understanding their specific context. Since then, listening and observation have become the core of my approach.
My Passions
Outside work, I cultivate interests that enrich my perspective and creativity: reading, long train journeys and cultural exploration. These interests feed my curiosity and observation skills, essential qualities for an effective Agile Coach.
